LISBON: Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon
Every time we stay at a luxury hotel, we can’t help but feel like royalty… and we love the feeling. This was our first time staying at a Four Seasons Hotel, and it was anything but disappointing. The delicious smell, the delicious food and the gorgeous view from the top made us feel in love with this beautiful property in Lisbon.
This February, we embarked on our first ever trip to Portugal! January was a slow month, except for a few days in Switzerland and a weekend in Marche, so we were in Milan for most of the time. When the opportunity presented to visit Lisbon with Four Seasons Lisbon, we decided to spend two days in Porto as well.
In October we sailed on our very first Viking River Cruise along the Danube!
The best part of it all was that every day we got to see a new destination, and discover many nice little towns in Europe that we’d never visited before!
The last week of October, we were invited to Jordan by the tourism board.
We’d never been to the Middle-East before… and it was the trip of a lifetime. We weren’t sure if we were supposed to be worried to go to the Middle-East, considering all the terrible news we hear every day, but honestly this trip ended up being one of the best trips of 2017.
Zürich is one of our favorite cities in Switzerland. We like it so much, that we like to go back multiple times a year. In 2017 we only got to visit it twice, first in September, and then we went back in December.
As a lot of you have been asking us for a few recommendations on what to do in Zürich, we thought you might be interested in reading a bit more about our experience!
June was a busy month for us. We visited Marrakech, Florence and The Netherlands. We’d been to Amsterdam before, but this time we stopped in three different dutch destinations in partnership with Marriott Hotels. For each city that we visited, we are going to highlight the three must things to do, as per our experience, if you don’t have a lot of time.
Last June we went to Morocco for a 5 day trip. This was our first time in Marrakech, and as everyone says: it is a place that you will either love or hate. Our feelings are right there, in the middle. There are certain things that we loved... and a few others that we didn’t like as much
Andrea: Growing up, I used to go to Positano every summer, where my family had a beach house. So, after being gone for so long (over 10 years), it was a really good feeling to go back with Francesco and show him around some of the places where I spent part of my childhood.
A couple weeks ago we headed to Florence for a nice weekend getaway, in partnership with Gallery Hotel Art, part of the Lungarno Collection. The hotel is located in one of the best areas of Florence, in Vicolo dell’Oro, and it’s within walking distance from all the major touristic attractions.
We went to Washington D.C. last Summer for the first time, but unfortunately the heat was so unbearable that we barely got to explore… so when the chance came to go back to the city for our partnership with Marriott Hotels & Resorts, we were extremely excited!
When we travel we always make an extra effort when it comes to finding the right place to stay. We look for so many different things: location, great design, uniqueness… and we have to say we found all those things and much more at The London EDITION.

For our latest trip to Paris, we got to stay at two of the most beautiful, elegant and luxurious hotels in town: Le Meurice and Plaza Athenee by Dorchester Collection.
A few weeks ago we partnered with Google for the launch of their new amazing phone Google 2 Pixel XL 2, and when we stopped by their Milanese offices to pick up our phones, they asked us a few questions about who we are and what we do! #askmore

This year Andrea and I decided to explore more of our beautiful country: Italy. It was really tricky to choose our first destination but since it’d been a while since we were by the sea, we opted for the Italian Riviera, specifically Portofino and Cinque Terre. I was very excited to partner with Olympus for this trip especially because I got the chance to test out the new Olympus PEN-F.

When you visit a big city like Los Angeles, picking a hotel to stay is not an easy task… which is why we decided to stay at not one, not two, not three, but four different hotels!
One topic that is definitely not discussed enough is Portuguese food. We honestly didn’t know what we were getting into about their cuisine, but we were so happy and surprised to see how much deliciousness this country has to offer!
Anytime we travel, we always make it a top priority to find the best places to eat the best breakfast possible. When we are at home, sometimes during the weekends we try to recreate this tradition, so we prepared two American breakfasts in partnership with Nespresso.
We only spent two days in San Francisco, but we still tried to check most of the places we researched beforehand. Read below to find our guide on where to eat in the City by the Bay.
Los Angeles is such a big city, that even though we spent 5 days there we didn’t manage to check out half the places we wanted to! The ones you can find below are still to be considered are top choices for breakfast / brunch or coffee
